A place to come back to your own rhythm — and to build a life from there with heart, clarity and lightness.
Let's create a Happy Place — inside and out.
What this is
Heart Beat Project is an umbrella for mindful, joyful living. Different doors, one rhythm.
A retreat you come to. A day or more in a small group, in nature, to come back to yourself.
Small things you practise at home. Digital tools and handmade pieces to keep the rhythm going.
Work that gives something back. Volunteering abroad with coaching for young people finding their direction.
What it's built on
Presence over performance. Nothing here needs to be optimised, tracked or won.
The ocean, the walk, the shell you picked up and kept. It does most of the work.
You don't have to be creative, flexible or spiritual. You have to show up.
Useful in real life, on an ordinary Tuesday. No incense required.
Belonging is a practice, not a bonus. Most of it happens in a circle.
In person
A day to come back to yourself, in a small group, somewhere beautiful.
Breathwork you don't need to prepare for. Journaling prompts that actually go somewhere. Making something with your hands from what the beach gives you. An ocean swim. Food shared slowly.
You leave with something you made, and a way of breathing you can use anywhere.
Three pillars run through every one: nature, journaling and movement. What changes is how far you go.
The way in — for everybody
A walk that ends somewhere worth sitting. Journaling by the water. Making something from what you collected. A swim. Lunch, slowly. Nothing you have to believe in.
Going further
Movement and dance, ritual, art and creative expression. Where First Beat opens a door, this one walks through it. Still grounded — but more is asked of you.
Strength and stillness
Boxing in the morning for release, journaling and quiet in the afternoon. For people who find calm through effort rather than through sitting still.
Each one runs as a single day, three days, or a full week.

“The experience was amazing, so unexpected. I went there to have fun, however it was much more than that. The experience actually made me realize, that you can enjoy to the core surrounded by nature. I realised, we humans complicate everything and forget to enjoy little moments of joy and happiness. It actually allowed me to enjoy the moment, allowed me to go with the flow without focusing or thinking too much. I felt like a kid, enjoying with the nature. No strings attached. I highly recommend this retreat to everyone.”
“This mindfulness day retreat was honestly just what I needed. I turned up feeling a bit stressed, busy, and kind of disconnected, and I left feeling so much calmer, lighter, and more grounded. From the moment I got to the beach, everything felt peaceful and welcoming. The mindfulness practices were gentle but powerful, and they helped me slow down, clear my head, and just be in the moment.
What I loved most was Elli's care and the way she guided the whole day. She was so warm and genuine, and she created a space where I felt completely comfortable to relax, reflect, and just be myself. The mix of mindfulness, quiet time, and reflection felt relaxing and grounding.
One of the best parts for me was taking the time to just enjoy nature along with learning some simple breathing exercises that I still try to use when I need to relax a little. The retreat was such a good reminder to slow down and look after myself. I'd honestly recommend it to anyone who needs a little reset and wants to feel more calm, clear, and connected.”
At home
Small things to practise at home — digital and handmade.

The part I care about most, and the part that needs the most time.
The plan: volunteering abroad for people in their early twenties, paired with a five-step coaching programme — who am I, what can I do, what do I want from my future, what are the first steps, what am I taking with me. For the ones who've started a degree or a training and quietly wonder whether it's the right one.
It isn't built yet. When it is, you'll hear it here first.

Schwimmen. Mittagessen, in Ruhe. Nichts, woran du glauben musst.
Tiefer gehen

Was will ich von meiner Zukunft?
